Dahlia Sale Policies
Refund Policy
We take pride in providing high-quality dahlia tubers and want you to be thrilled with your purchase. During processing, our tubers are checked multiple times to ensure they have at least one eye and a good strong neck. If you receive tubers that are damaged or do not meet your expectations, we will do our best to make things right.
Refund requests must be submitted within one week of delivery. To request a refund, please use our contact page to submit your order details and photos of the tubers in question.
Due to the nature of live plants, we cannot offer refunds for issues reported after the one-week inspection period. Thank you for your understanding and for giving our dahlia tubers the best start in your garden!
In the event of an unforeseen issue during storage between the time of your order and shipment, we will issue a full refund. Please note, we do not offer substitutions.
Shipping Policy
We ship dahlias within the United States only.
All orders are shipped via USPS priority mail.
Dahlia tubers will ship in early spring when all danger of frost has passed. You will receive an email with tracking information when your tubers ship.
At this time, we are unable to combine shipping on multiple orders placed.
We do not offer farm pick up at this time.
Tuber Quantity Limits
Some highly sought after varieties will be limited to one tuber per household. Limits will be listed in the dahlia variety descriptions.
If an order is placed over the quantity limit, your order will be cancelled and refunded.
Dahlia Virus
We take multiple precautions to limit the spread of dahlia virus on our farm. This includes sanitizing tools between plants when harvesting and dividing tubers, and culling any plants that do not look up to our standards.
However, we cannot guarantee that any of our dahlias are virus free. It is estimated that around 90% of dahlias have some form of virus, and many times symptoms are not present.
We understand concerns about plant viruses, but unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for dahlia tubers suspected of having a virus. Many dahlia viruses are latent and do not present visible symptoms, making them impossible to detect even with rigorous inspections. Additionally, environmental factors, garden conditions, and cross-contamination can all influence virus expression after planting.
